1. Online Class: Fully instructor-led online courses (schedule and link available on www.wedtc.rw ).
2. Hybrid Class: Classes are held 2–3 times weekly offline at Norrsken House Kigali (1 KN 78 St, Kiyovu, Nyarugenge District), with the remaining sessions delivered online through instructor-led sessions.

• Prerequisites: For non-language courses, students are required to have an intermediate level of English and a secondary education certificate.
