We Digital Training Center (WeDTC Ltd) is a leading EdTech and digital skills training center based at Norrsken Kigali, Rwanda. We specialize in practical, industry-relevant training across tech, business, languages, and digital marketing to help individuals advance their careers, grow businesses, and succeed in freelancing.
WeDTC is now recruiting qualified staff for its business operations and training programs.
All applicants must be ready to work hybrid or online, full-time or part-time, start immediately, and have excellent English proficiency, as English is the primary language of instruction and business operations.
Multi-Language Business Trainer
Teaches: English, French & Kiswahili for Business
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach business communication, email etiquette, presentations & workplace skills.
- Prepare lessons, quizzes, exams, and recorded video courses.
- Mentor students, provide evaluations, and guide for interviews.
- Maintain attendance, grading, and weekly reports.
- Participate in WeDTC workshops, events, and student support programs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Languages, Linguistics, Education, Translation, or Communication.
- Excellent proficiency in English, French & Kiswahili (Kinyarwanda is a bonus).
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience.
- Ability to teach adults professionally.
Full Stack Web & Software Development Trainer
Teaches: Full Stack Web & Software Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach practical full-stack development with real projects.
- Deliver live demos, assignments & guided projects.
- Support students with GitHub, deployment, and portfolio building.
- Provide career guidance for freelancing & tech jobs.
- Prepare recorded courses, exams, and weekly reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Software, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Next, Node/Django/Laravel, SQL, Git, Deployment.
- Ability to prepare recorded video courses.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Minimum 2 years practical experience.
Digital Marketing Trainer
Teaches: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Analytics
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on campaigns, content creation, and landing page optimization.
- Prepare recorded courses.
- Evaluate students via assignments, projects, and performance reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven practical skills in SEO, Ads, Analytics, content creation.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Minimum 2 years marketing experience.
Internet & AI for Business Trainer
Teaches: AI tools, business automation, and internet productivity
Key Responsibilities:
- Train students on AI applications: ChatGPT, Claude, Bard, MidJourney, Canva AI, Runway, Synthesia, and more.
- Teach automation tools: Zapier, Make, IFTTT, Power Automate.
- Cover productivity & collaboration tools: Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, Asana, Slack.
- Conduct real-world projects integrating AI and internet tools.
- Maintain up-to-date curriculum with AI and digital trends.
- Prepare recorded courses, assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent English proficiency.
- 2+ years practical experience using AI and internet tools in business.
- Ability to teach students to leverage AI for real business outcomes.
Real Estate & Vehicle Sales Trainer
Teaches: Property & vehicle marketing, lead management, negotiation
Key Responsibilities:
- Train students in property and vehicle marketing techniques.
- Guide on listing, lead management, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Provide hands-on exercises and role-playing sessions.
- Prepare recorded courses.
- Teach Rwanda’s real estate and automobile market dynamics.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Real Estate, Marketing, Business, or related.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Minimum 2 years practical experience in real estate and vehicle sales.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Promote WeDTC and DASIA training programs and services.
- Identify and bring in individual students, group enrollments, and partner institutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients for all DASIA services.
- Implement effective sales and marketing techniques to maximize reach and enrollments.
- Handle admissions, registration, and payments for students.
- Find clients for web development, design, web hosting, digital marketing, and other services.
- Provide market insights, track leads, and report weekly performance to management.
- Support marketing campaigns and strategic growth initiatives for WeDTC & DASIA.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Administration, Communication, or related.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, client acquisition, business development, or related.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong computer literacy (Google Workspace, Excel, email).
Conditions
- Working days: Monday–Saturday
- Working Hours: Flexible / Hours may vary from 8h Am to 10h Pm
- Hybrid at Norrsken House Kigali + Online
- Pay plan: Fixed or performance-based payment
